Phil Arnot

Narrator and scriptwriter Phil Arnot feels that "Point Reyes is a more varied wilderness region than most that I have known. Arnot has hiked over 8000 trail and off-trail miles in the western wilderness. He leads wilderness trips in the wilds of the High Sierra, the Olympic Mountains, the Cascade Mountains and Alaska, as well as day trips to Point Reyes National Seashore. He has lectured extensively and has authored (or co-authored) many wilderness books including Exploring Point Reyes; Mystique of the Wilderness ( photo essay ); Point Reyes - Secret Places and Magic Moments; Yosemite Valley - Secret Places and Magic Moments; and The High Sierra - John Muir's Range of Light.
