David Berry

Worked for Industrial Light & Magic 1976-1985. Won Academy Award® for Visual Effects for Cocoon 1985. Since then, he has been an independent film and video producer, creating videos, like New Versions which mix abstract and natural elements, featuring time lapse photography and special effects. After experiencing the beauty of the High Sierra and Point Reyes National Seashore with Phil Arnot, the idea of a video was born. The Island in Time was a result of their collaboration.
